Palcon Accountants Inc. is a South African-based accounting and business advisory firm founded on the principles of professionalism, integrity, and strategic financial guidance. As a registered entity under Reg No: 2021/436676/07, Palcon provides full-service solutions in accounting, taxation, auditing, and business consulting to a diverse range of clients — from private companies and NPOs to SMEs, startups, and public benefit organizations. Thabiso Zac Motlatla is the co-founder and Managing Director of Palcon Accountants Inc., a registered Business Accountant in Practice with the Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA), holding Membership No: SAIBA4736. He holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting and has been a recognized and approved accounting professional since 2016. With nearly a decade of experience in financial reporting, tax planning, and business development, Thabiso has helped countless businesses across multiple sectors establish sound financial foundations and navigate complex compliance environments. Driven by a passion for excellence and financial empowerment, he leads Palcon with a hands-on approach — combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver real, measurable results for clients across South Africa.
